RECRUITING DEPUTY HEAD OF REGISTRATION DEPARTMENT

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

-Develop plans, direct, and oversee all activities of the registration department.

-Manage and monitor the execution of department tasks, including registration of pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, and health protective products.

-Supervise the progress of overall department tasks, report solutions to the CEO when necessary to ensure work progress.

-Research, develop formulas, and participate in product research, establishing product quality standards.

-Collaborate with relevant departments within the factory.

-Update information from state management agencies on registration-related matters, provide timely advice to the CEO on registration issuance, and changes in registration management.

-Manage and allocate tasks to department staff.

-Other tasks as assigned by the CEO.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

-University degree in Pharmacy.

-At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

-Proficient in English, capable of reading, understanding, and writing specialized documents in English.

-Strong communication skills to convey information to related departments.

-Computer skills (Microsoft Office), ability to search for information online.
